About the Role

Brightwater Care Group is seeking a skilled Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to provide high-quality remedial services to our clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate therapeutic and recreational programs to meet the holistic needs of our clients
  • Contribute to the development of innovative therapy programs to improve client wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse individuals
  • Ability to prioritize workload, problem-solve, and work safely and efficiently under pressure
  • Positive, proactive, and client-focused approach
  • Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or progress towards) or significant experience in a related setting
  • WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance and up-to-date flu vaccination
