We are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Structural Engineer to lead our engineering projects team. As a senior technical lead, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Your strong technical skills, combined with your ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders, will be essential in driving project success.
You will have experience in project development and front-end loading, with a proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently. Your excellent communication and people skills will enable you to effectively manage teams and contractors, while your analytical and problem-solving abilities will help you navigate complex project challenges.
