Personal Assistant to Senior Lawyer

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support to a Senior Lawyer expanding their practice.

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with prior experience in family law, supporting at a high level. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare court documents, letters, arrangements, and briefs to counsel, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Provide exceptional client liaison services, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Prepare legal documents efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage files effectively, including opening and closing files as necessary.
  • Handle billing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
