About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Civil Construction Project Coordinator to join our site team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and providing leadership to site personnel.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson in civil construction. You should have strong knowledge of concrete structures, earthworks, and general civil construction. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and high standards, is crucial to this role. Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards is also essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required. A valid driver's license and own reliable transport are necessary for this position.
