Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team in Family Law.

The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Principal and Lawyer, ensuring seamless operation of the firm. Key responsibilities include diary management, scheduling, travel coordination, drafting, reviewing, and managing legal correspondence and court documents, as well as managing monthly billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal and Lawyer
  • Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence and court documents
  • Manage monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Family Law
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
