About the Role

The Data Centre Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our DC Operations teams.

This position upholds the highest standards of operational excellence, guaranteeing continued customer satisfaction and data centre uptime.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers, maintenance and monitoring activities.
  • Monitor critical infrastructure to prevent disruptions to client operations.
  • Utilize electronic systems to oversee site conditions and respond to customer requests.
  • Ensure personnel perform activities safely and adhere to established processes.

Key Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Previous experience in IT, telecommunications, fibre, trade, or industrial facilities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, including internal stakeholders and external service providers.
