Job Title: Professional Wellness Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced and compassionate Professional Wellness Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics.
  • Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as data entry and report writing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Nursing.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with relevant professional bodies.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement.
