Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

  • Manage and lead a team of dedicated professionals, including front-of-house staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of service, ensuring that all guests receive a personalized and memorable dining experience.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory management of high-end wines, spirits, and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and update a menu that reflects the latest culinary trends and satisfies the expectations of our sophisticated clientele.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume venue or similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for wines, cocktails, excellent food and wonderful entertainment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
