About Our Client

Talon Group is a leading HVAC contractor involved in small to medium commercial construction projects and servicing a wide range of commercial sites across Sydney.

The Role

As a Commercial HVAC Technician with Talon Group, you will be working in a range of sites from Commercial High Rise, Hospitals, Education facilities, factories, and Shopping Centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs on a range of commercial HVAC systems
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts as the face of the company on site
  • Work collaboratively with the Sydney service team to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Talon Group through exceptional service and expertise

Requirements

  • Trade qualified in HVAC Service Technician with experience in commercial sites
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Strong communication and customer focus skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work independently
  • Trustworthy and reliable with strong electrical knowledge
