Senior Construction Attorney

Job Description:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded construction practice in Brisbane.
- You will be part of a sub-team of 15 lawyers specialising in all aspects of front-end and back-end construction, acting for a broad range of prominent clients across diverse projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing large-scale construction matters;
- Leading and advising on complex disputes and civil proceedings;
- Gathering, assessing, and organising relevant evidence with a forensic mindset;
- Drafting detailed and strategic legal submissions;
- Applying a deep understanding of construction law to complex matters;
- Engaging directly with clients and providing commercially strategic advice;
- Serving an existing client base with ongoing matters and significant workflow.
Requirements:
- Ideal 7+ years post-admission experience;
- Significant exposure to, and interest in, construction law;
- Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities;
- Leadership skills to help develop our up-and-coming junior cohort.
