High End Commercial Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced site leader to manage the delivery of high-end commercial facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive programs to completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings, and a solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
- Work closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life
- Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
- Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections
