Job Title: Physiotherapist - Experienced or New Grad

Description

This role involves providing physiotherapy services to clients across various funding models, assisting them in achieving their physical goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients with mixed funding sources, including NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, and Private funding streams.
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions.
  • Develop and deliver chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention programs.
  • Prescribe equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA registration (Limited Registration and new graduates welcome).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and client-centred practice.
