Customer Service Field Technicians

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Field Technicians.

Job Expectations

This is a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services in a variety of environments.

  • Cabling installation including jointing, jumpering and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn equipment
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of cabling networks and customer equipment

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with customers on a daily basis and provide them with exceptional service.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Utilising strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Providing solutions to complex technical issues

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A current and clean driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
