Training and Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Leader to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that develop our people and support strategic goals. This is an opportunity to shape a strong culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of blended learning content, support managers in rolling out employee development plans, and ensure our programs align with ISO standards and training best practice.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies
  • Support managers in employee development planning and goal setting
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs
  • Partner with internal teams to roll out training initiatives
  • Establish systems and processes for ongoing improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in L&D, instructional design or training coordination
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training solutions
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with ISO accreditation and LMS platforms
  • A hands-on, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
