Project Manager for Defence Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in the defence industry, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience engaging with a range of stakeholders, applying developed technical capabilities, and broad knowledge of project management methodologies. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, persistence, resilience, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or proven experience in a project management role, preferably in a defence environment
  • Experience in maritime acquisition or sustainment
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Persistent, resilient, and proactive problem-solver
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the One Defence Capability System
  • Knowledge of the defence industry and the ASDEFCON suite
