Key Role:

A Data Center IT Operations Technician plays a pivotal role in the AWS Infrastructure Services team.

We are seeking an expert to own the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.

The selected candidate will join a diverse team of professionals who collaborate across various disciplines.

You'll work on installing and troubleshooting the infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal service level agreements
  • Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices
  • Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks
