We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to deliver exceptional support to our users. As a gateway role, this position offers the right individual an opportunity to launch their career and progress into different specialities or areas.
The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides IT support to around 1000 users. To excel in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, IT troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You will work with a range of technology including:
- IT troubleshooting skills to effectively triage calls
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in IT support
In addition, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer focus, and a positive attitude. Experience with Lotus Notes, Terminal Server, Citrix, and VPN is desirable but not essential.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering quality service. You will have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
