**Software Quality Assurance Role**

At our organization, we are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Software Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Perform thorough testing across all test cycles, including integration, verification, regression, and validation.
  • Investigate and retest defects as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review test plans and test cases.
  • Evaluate test activities against established expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • 2 years' industry experience in a similar hands-on software testing role is preferred.
  • Strong manual testing skills and knowledge of automation practices are essential.
  • Familiarity with XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and Postman technologies is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
