Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding service by serving guests with flair and professionalism.

  • Embody the art of French hospitality by adopting a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Organize and manage the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant as required.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are adequately prepared to meet business demands.
  • Ensure all areas are set to the required standard, adhering to departmental procedures and checklists.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurants, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • A friendly, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
