About the Role


Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role exists to primarily assist with the administration, processing, and maintenance of weekly award payroll for all Linfox Group wholly owned Australian entities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing allocated weekly national payroll, annual leave forms, and reconciliation of leave entitlements, as well as new starters and terminations.
  • Maintenance of Payroll Records: Maintenance of all payroll records is also a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Assistance with Payroll Queries: Providing assistance with payroll queries and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of designated Payroll ledger.
  • Month-End Duties: Assisting with month-end duties, including preparation and distribution of weekly payroll Costing Reports to Site Managers.


What We're Looking For:


We are looking for an individual who possesses:



  • At Least 5 Years' Experience in Payroll: Payroll experience, ideally minimum 5 years', within large and multifaceted environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of associated industry legislations, awards, and best practices.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling high volumes of information and requests from various business areas and stakeholders.
  • Systematic Task Management: Ability to systematically work through multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Enterprise-Level System Experience: Experience working with SAP, Kronos, and other enterprise-level Payroll related systems.
  • High-Volume Payroll Expertise: High volume end-to-end payroll for 7,000+ weekly employees, as well as Monthly employees.


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
