We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our NSW Service Team in Coffs Harbour or Newcastle.

This role involves being physically active, on the road, and managing your own area of responsibility. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for equipment at customer sites, creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting other Field Service Engineers as needed.

  • Supporting installations of capital equipment;
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure they are fully functional, enabling customers to continue operations;
  • Liaising with the Service Co-ordination team before attending customer sites to prepare for resolving issues;
  • Completing Service Documentation via a mobile device.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Restricted or full Electrical licence (Mandatory)
  • Mechanical aptitude;
  • A valid Driver's Licence;
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in MedTech;
  • A proven record of going above and beyond;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and within a team.
