We are seeking an ambitious high-achiever to join our dynamic team as a dual role property and commercial lawyer. Our client is an outstanding commercial/property law firm with a proven track record of success.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven lawyer to take on a key pivotal role within the firm. As a valued member of the team, you will relish the challenge and stimulating variety of servicing top quality/high profile local/international clients.

  • Corporate transactions/advice: buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property, franchising, trusts and general commercial contracts;
  • Property law: conveyancing (residential off-the-plan and commercial property), retail/commercial leases, licences, subdivisions, land tax, strata, options, construction/development;
  • Finance law: advising borrowers and financiers/lenders on all types of loans (eg commercial, residential, property, SMSF, construction finance) and enforcement;

You will contribute to the firm's strategic growth/business development/marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a positive proactive ambitious high-achiever motivated by results and rewards. You should have a minimum 2+ years' PAE experience in both commercial law (transactions/advisory) and property law. You must excel in building/retaining strong relationships with all sorts of people and desire a key pivotal role where you can make a personal impact in your employer's business.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000-$150,000 plus Extra bonus $$$.
