Electrical Instrumentation Professional
We are seeking a skilled electrical instrumentation professional to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for reengineering electrical motors to accommodate the Australian water engineering market.
The Role
- Perform all work in accordance with company guidelines and within time & cost targets.
- Install power supply wiring and conduit for equipment (pumps, submersible pumps, mixers, valves and related systems).
- Diagnose, repair / replace and test malfunctioning apparatus and electronic components.
- Replace faulty electrical components of machinery.
- Maintain and keep equipment and tools in a safe working condition.
- Request spare parts and consumables in a timely manner.
- Undertake testing and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required within the scope of the employee's skills and experience.
The Requirements
- Relevant Trade Qualification/License Electrician, Electrical Fitter, Mechanical Electrical Fitter.
- Experience in overhaul, repair and rewire of motors, pumps and LV equipment.
- Fundamental PLC and control panel workshop experience.
