A role has been created for an advanced injector to mentor a team of injectors across Western Australia.

This is an incredible opportunity for a highly experienced injector trainer/leader to support and develop a professional injecting team, ensuring high standards of service for clients are maintained.

The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with the clinical team and other key stakeholders, providing feedback and improvement suggestions. Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with new injectors and the existing team, creating training plans, scheduling training sessions, and liaising with external providers.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a team of cosmetic injectors, providing ongoing education and training. The Clinical Support Specialist will ensure the team works within safety and compliance guidelines, while maintaining high standards of service for clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Applicants must be an Ahpra registered nurse with extensive experience working as a cosmetic injector. A passion for supporting and mentoring other injectors is essential, along with some leadership experience or a natural ability to lead. Travel throughout WA is required to support a talented team of injectors.
