Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our family-owned service in Melbourne.

This is a fixed-term position starting as maternity leave cover, with the potential to become a permanent role.

  • A Diploma in early childhood education and care;
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training;
  • Valid Working With Children Check;
  • Experience in the early childhood industry;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care;
  • A working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and NQS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range];
  2. Implement programs that align with the National Quality Standards;
  3. Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure a seamless service delivery.
