Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leadership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will provide strategic and operational guidance to ensure high-quality services for individuals who have experienced sexual assault.

The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of state-wide service delivery advice, policy, and program development, develop and implement state-wide plans and strategies to address the needs of people who have experienced rape and sexual assault, and contribute to the HaRTSS leadership group through strategic planning, training, team building, and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement state-wide plans and strategies to address the needs of people who have experienced rape and sexual assault.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to ensure high-quality services for individuals who have experienced sexual assault.
  • Oversight of state-wide service delivery advice, policy, and program development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess an appropriate Allied Health degree or equivalent qualification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extensive experience in organisational management, and experience in working in the area of rape and sexual assault or other related service delivery areas.
