- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant field such as business, finance, or law.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In operations management, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and a willingness to undertake further compliance training as needed.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage high-stakes operations and compliance frameworks in a B2C fintech or blockchain environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in an unstructured, fast-paced startup environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Thai.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of building and leading a team.
