Job Summary:

As a Drain Coil Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of PVC drain coils. Your role will ensure efficient and quality-driven production of drain coils, meeting all safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor drain coil manufacturing machinery, including extrusion and winding equipment.
  • Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including quantities produced, downtime, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and address any operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and address any deviations promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
