Sushi Maker Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic sushi craftsman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional sushi experiences and be willing to learn and grow with the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sushi rolls, nigiri, and other dishes
• Hot food preparation and presentation
• Adhering to high food safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Australia Work Authorization
• Availability to work in person at our location
• Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
