Food Server

We are currently seeking an experienced server to fill a key role at our cafe.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting customers and seating them in a timely manner. You will also introduce menus, describe dishes, and make recommendations on specialties.

Your primary goal will be to take orders, deliver food promptly, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Additionally, you will ensure seamless customer experience, handle complaints, and resolve special requests.

You will collaborate with colleagues to clear tables and maintain a clean environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask, are essential for this position. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also necessary to ensure a smooth dining experience.

A minimum of one year of cafe experience is required, with a strong focus on customer service. Team players who possess good time-management and adaptability skills are highly desirable.
