Head of Primary

About ACC Benalla

This is a leadership position for an experienced educationalist who will be responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of our primary school. The successful candidate will ensure students have access to high-quality teaching and learning.

We are seeking a leader with a strong Christian faith, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in educational leadership.

  • Able to lead by example and articulate their faith to others.
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • A commitment to student-centered learning and well-being.

This full-time role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, and the wider community to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters academic excellence and spiritual growth.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Advanced qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
