Sydney Corporate Travel Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Account Manager to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our travel management department, you will play a vital role in optimising travel programs, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and ensure high satisfaction.
- Analyse client travel patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and programme efficiency improvements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies on behalf of clients.
- Provide performance reports, insights on travel spend, and recommend programme improvements.
- Target new business and oversee the sales process, including pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of client travel programmes.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A comprehensive understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems, and industry trends.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the corporate travel sector or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and Tramada software (preferable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
