About the Role

We are seeking an experienced First Nations Partnership Associate to join our team at Kirra Services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Indigenous Australians and contribute to the foundation's mission to end rheumatic heart disease.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting Cultural Partnerships: Collaborate with our First Nations cultural advisor to provide culturally sensitive guidance and support to the team.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and co-creation of solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Partnership/Account Management: A minimum of five years' experience in a partnership/account management or project management role.
  • Strong Understanding of First Nations Culture: A deep understanding of First Nations communities and culture, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a professional setting.
