This is a full-time role as a WHS Manager at Capital Asphalt. The WHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, developing safety policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective WHS programs to ensure a safe working environment

  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Certification or qualifications in WHS or related field
  • Previous experience in the construction or civil engineering industry is an advantage
