Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Professional: Deliver exceptional customer service by finding the ideal jewellery piece for each customer

  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
