About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our frontline Fuel team at our Browns Plains West store. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote EG Australia's products and services to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Operate point of sale systems and monitor fuel and stock deliveries to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to EG Australia's health and safety standards
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control to maintain a premium store presentation
What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A confident and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • A solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement
