Job Title: Integrated Work Package Lead

About the Role

KBR is seeking an Experienced Integrated Work Package Lead to join our Defence team in Melbourne. As an Integrated Work Package Lead, you will be responsible for leading people and managing the delivery of outcomes-based projects in support of our Defence client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, coordinate, and control outcome-based delivery projects and programs in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
  • Senior contact and communication with the client and relevant stakeholders, focusing on ensuring the success of project delivery while balancing KBR commercial objectives.
  • Provide programme management and reports to the Account Director.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels, including headquarter elements and other dependent projects.
  • Apply an understanding of the ecosystem into which the programme is being delivered to identify and lead change, irrespective of scope, to achieve overall outcomes.
  • Undertake project management strategy and analysis to establish future documentation and plans to support the capability and deliver outcomes to the client.

Requirements

  • Exceptional project and programme management experience, with a particular focus on outcomes delivery.
  • Project/contract management or professional consulting experience.
  • Strong client and staff engagement, relationship, and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Defence industry experience, particularly within Army.
  • Current Defence security clearance at NV1 or above.
  • Ability to access ITAR material.
