Skilled Roadside Mechanic Wanted

The role involves providing technical support and customer service to clients in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert technical assistance and repair services for a wide range of vehicles
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with manufacturer specifications and industry developments
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- A client-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service
- A full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
