Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance overall operations
  • Collaborate with business process owners to ensure accurate documentation and maintenance
  • Support the Business Improvement Manager and Development teams in API system integration development
  • Develop strategies to manage business volume increases and unusual patterns
  • Assign calls within the Customer Service Software Program (Zendesk)
  • Work with the Business Improvement Manager to plan the Monthly CSR task schedule
  • Provide support to all Customer Service Teams as needed
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Your strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, you'll also possess exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

A self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently, you'll be skilled at analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems through root cause analysis. With a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment, you'll be well-suited to this dynamic role.
