Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced commercial lawyer to join our client's in-house legal team. As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and support to the business, working closely with the General Counsel and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support on commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with the General Counsel and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least 4 years of post-qualification experience as a commercial lawyer.Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
