Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to oversee the management and development of our Towards Zero Suicide (TZS) Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and operational management expertise to a team of Senior Mental Health Clinicians (SMHCs) and Peer Workers, focusing on enhancing service delivery and improving consumer outcomes through strategic planning and change management processes.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and enhance consumer experiences.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure compliance with policies, risk management, and notifications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clinical role in service delivery, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering presentations to build the profile of the services, and liaising with staff and managers of other mental and general health teams and relevant external agencies.
