About the Position- As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and support their career development.
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
- Previous leadership experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and motivate team members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation is highly desirable.
