Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the gaming room is well-maintained and meets high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and ambiance.
  • Oversee daily gaming operations, including managing games and equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Supervise and support gaming staff, providing guidance and training.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A current Victorian RSA Certificate.
  • A current Victorian RSG Certificate.
  • A current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • A Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory gaming position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
