Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced accounting professional to take on the role of Chief Financial Operations Manager.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives within a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Assist with regulatory reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles
  • Contribute to system and process enhancements across finance operations

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in financial accounting, ideally within a large organization or financial services company
  • CPA or CA qualified, with strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Experience with financial reporting systems and general ledger tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
