Senior Research Fellow Position in Cardiology Transition of Care

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our School of Pharmacy and contribute to the RECARD program, a large project exploring the implementation of a pharmacist-led interdisciplinary transition of care service in cardiology patients.
This project aims to improve patient re-integration from hospital to community and reduce medication-related harm through various qualitative and quantitative studies, along with implementation science methodologies.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, coordinating and conducting research, including evidence mapping, stakeholder engagement, ethics and governance approvals, and data analysis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated researcher to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions in cardiology transition of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on the RECARD program, including evidence mapping, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis
- Manage and coordinate research activities, including ethics and governance approvals
- Develop and implement research methods and tools, including qualitative and quantitative studies
- Publish research findings in reputable academic journals

To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A PhD in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, medicine, or public health
- Experience in research methodology and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
