Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance and sustainment of Navy's helicopters, from introduction to disposal
  • Lead and manage a team of aviation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for helicopter maintenance and management
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of helicopter systems and capabilities
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
