Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and versatile marketing professional to lead our market presence during an exciting growth phase in employment services.

This is a full-time position with base location preferred at our Head Office; however, location may be flexible for the right candidate as our footprint spans across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across traditional and digital media.
  • Measure and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
  • Capture images and coordinate video content.
  • Presents marketing information and strategy to key stakeholders, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
About You
  • You will be a true marketing generalist with a rich work history across branding, communications, design, and general marketing.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline is required.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices is essential.

Bonus points: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
