The Technical Services team focuses on global deployment and adoption of our technology, combining technical engagement with strategic account support and leadership in driving data quality and continuous improvement.

Main Objectives:

  • Collaborate with customer teams to ensure reliable assay performance.
  • Provide comprehensive support to mine sites following installation, establishing foundational confidence in our technology.
  • Explore and develop innovative applications by understanding site workflows, driving process optimisation, and creating new commercial opportunities.

Sales Support:

  • Provide critical technical and application support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Protect and enhance the reputation of our technology.

Subject Matter Experts:

  • Act as Subject Matter Experts, providing technical collateral, training, and support to internal teams and clients.

This role involves minesite deployment and operational support, including delivering client education and training programs, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally with our teams.

About You:

  • You'll have a university degree in Geology, Geosciences, or Metallurgy, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years' experience in geology, mining, metallurgy, or scientific applications.
  • You'll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, and experience leading multi-disciplinary projects.
