About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting trolleys from the carpark and local area using a Coles Services company vehicle.
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Cleaning and maintaining shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

About You:

  • A full unrestricted Australian drivers' license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, with a commitment to providing great customer experiences.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness, with a passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
