Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Christian educator to join our team as a Primary Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students within a supportive and like-minded community.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering high-quality teaching programs to meet the diverse needs of all students. They will have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to inspire and engage students, and demonstrate a commitment to improving professional practice through coaching and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement teaching programs or courses of study
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving student academic outcomes
  • Relate well to staff, students and parents, inspiring and managing students and communicating effectively with parents to support a culture of high expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be a committed Christian comfortable with sharing their faith
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
